When will my order arrive?Typically your order will arrive 14-21 days from date of purchase via our trusted couriers and delivered straight to your doorstep:) In the unlikely occurance that your order is late or does not arrive, please email mintthread@gmail.com and we will prioritize your query.

How do I place an order on Mint Thread?It's real simple, promise:) 1. Create a login profile so you only have to enter your details once and can very easily then return to the site at any point and complete your purchase when you are ready. 2. Once you're satisfied with the item selecion in your cart, click on the shopping bag icon next to your profile icon (top right), click on view cart to ensure the right product is located in your cart. 3. Excited for you items in your cart? then you're onto the next step, click on checkout:) 4. If your details have been captured, your shipping details will load automatically and you can now simply proceed and continue- if you're not a member simply enter your details in the prescribed fields. 5. You will complete any details requested and select continue until two payment options appear. Both Paystack and Yoco are safe, verified and registered third party payment providers and accept Master and Visa Cards. 6. You will be directed to enter your cellphone number so that a OTP can be sent to you. You will receive a final purchase confirmation via email. All done:)

How do I know if my order was successful?Easy:) You will receive a payment notification from either Paystack or Yoco to verify your payment. You will also receive an order confirmation email from Mint Thread to verify your purchse. You will be issued with a unique order number and once your order is dispacthed, you will receive a unique tracking number to ensure you are able to keep tabs on your Mint Thread order every step of the way:)

How do I return/exchange my order?If you would like to exchange your product, kindly email mintthread@gmail.com with your order number within 14 business days from date of delivery. Exchages or refunds are subject to the following conditions: Item is unworn and in 100% condition Item was not purchased on any promotion/sale Item is not from our pre-loved collection If your purchase satisfies the above conditions you will have the option to choose between a refund, credit or an exchnage for a different product:)

Oh no, I received a wrong order"If this has happened, we apologize profusely. We always strive to provide service delivery excellence from beginning to end-please bare with us. If you have received the wrong order, please email mintthread@gmail.com, we will arrange for a collection of the incorrect order and replace it with the correct purchase.
